The integrated machine for sand washing,dehydration and recycling is composed of dehydration screens,wheel buckets,cyclones,cleaning boxes,reducers,motors,vibration motors,and other components. The sand water mixture enters the wheel bucket screen of the sand washing machine for filtration and screening;Falling into the dehydration screen for dehydration treatment,a large amount of water in the sand is removed.The sewage containing fine sand is concentrated through a cyclone and then fed into the dehydration screen.It is a new type of fine sand recovery device that integrates sand washing,dehydration,and recovery.
