1. Hydraulic sorting, scientific and efficient classification principle
Material classification is achieved by the synergistic effect of water medium and gravity sedimentation. During operation, water rises evenly from the bottom of the classification tank to form a stable rising water flow. After the material enters the tank with the slurry, particles of different sizes are separated due to the difference in sedimentation speed: coarse particles are greatly affected by gravity, overcome the rising water flow and settle to the bottom of the tank, and are discharged by the discharge device; fine particles rise with the water flow and are collected through the overflow port. The whole process does not require violent mechanical action, and the classification process is gentle, avoiding excessive crushing of materials and effectively protecting the particle morphology.
2. Accurate fine particle classification and stable particle size control
Designed specifically for fine-grained materials, it can accurately separate particles in the range of 0.01mm-0.5mm, and the classification accuracy can reach more than 90%. By adjusting parameters such as the rising water flow rate and the liquid level height of the classification tank, the classification particle size can be flexibly controlled to meet the requirements of fine material purity in different scenarios. After classification, the particle size distribution of the material is concentrated, and the boundary between coarse and fine is clear, which avoids the mixing of coarse particles into fine particles or the entrainment of fine particles into coarse particles, providing high-quality raw materials for subsequent flotation, filtration and other processes.
